I come from a long line of cooks and restaurateurs, where the table was always more than a meal—it was fellowship, laughter, and love. That legacy is the heartbeat of everything we do.
Now I’m bringing my own take on Southern classics—BBQ soul-fusion that blends West Coast vibes with a Southern palate. My hope is simple: that every bite feels like a trip back down South—and leaves you energized to go do something good in the world.
A D1 athlete journey brought me to the West Coast, and it shaped our standard: discipline, consistency, and pride in the craft.
